Luisa Kauter

Luisa joined Mountain Partners as CFO in June 2022. Before joining Mountain Partners, Luisa worked for more than 15+ years in the M&A/Transaction Diligence departments of EY and KPMG in Frankfurt, London and Rome. In her latest role as a Director at EY she was responsible for the lead of cross-functional teams and projects with a focus on financial buy- and sell-side due diligences, primarily for Private Equity clients investing in various sectors. She has particularly strong expertise in the Life Sciences, Healthcare and TMT industries. Luisa graduated with a Master of Economics (Diplom-Betriebswirt) from the RheinMain University of Applied Sciences, Wiesbaden, and is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (IFRS, Birmingham).
