Rheingau Founders invests in humly

Mountain Partners Berlin based incubator Rheingau Founders invests in humly, a recently founded health platform providing anonymous digital self-help resources to overcome psychological challenges.

Humly was founded with the aim of making professional, psychological help accessible to everyone. After a self-test and an interview with a personal coach, an individual humly exercise plan is compiled. The user gains access to personalized practice sessions which help them to understand the origin of their symptoms and learn about techniques to reduce them. The user also has the option of discussing their individual concerns with a professional psychologist via chat or a personal telephone call.

Philipp Joas, Co-Founder and CEO of humly, explains: “We take the exercises from behavioral therapies for anxiety, depression, addiction, eating disorders and ADHD – all attention deficit disorders.”
