Kitzbühel – where our Business Angel Club meets this summer

ANGELGATE, Mountain Partners private club for successful Business Angels in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, invites its members three times a year to highly exclusive MeetUps, where investors, entrepreneurs and family offices can network in a premium setting in a relaxed atmosphere. The next event will be held in June in Kitzbühel, Austria.

At this year’s summer event in Kitzbühel, ANGELGATE members can look forward to an exciting framework program besides company presentations, deal-making and high profile networking at Lake Schwarzsee.

A highlight this year will be surfing on Lake Schwarzsee. Waterwolf, a German start-up, has developed a technology to electronically control surfboards and thus to enable surfing on lakes or rivers completely without wind and waves. The company’s newly developed electric powered high-tec surfboard combines modern technology with the fascination and simplicity of surfing. The surfboard is soundless and environment-friendly and provides surfers with a better feeling for board and water. Beginners will get the chance to experience the feeling of surfing of a very simple and uncomplicated way.

ANGELGATE members get the unique opportunity to test Waterwolf’s surfboard. Guido Hüsgen, the well-known German sports reporter will be commenting on the action. After the surf-session, four company presentation of carefully chosen start-ups and an exclusive networking dinner at Rosis’ Sonnenbergstuben will round off the day.

ANGELGATE creates unique investment possibilities for their members in selected and well-chosen start-ups. The club accompanies its members with experienced team management, which covers every single investment-step and its expertise. Because of the excellent and wide-ranging know-how of the members, there is a development of unique synergies in the network. Through this, promising opportunities can be identified and further enhanced.
