Top position in the areas of manufacturer credibility and customer experience.
Exasol AG, a leading manufacturer of analytical in-memory database systems, has been ranked "Leader" in the Customer Experience and Manufacturer Reliability quadrants of the global Dresden ADI market survey. The positioning was based on the outstanding performance of the data analysis platform, its reliability and scalability as well as the quality of the consulting services offered. The market overview is published annually by Dresner Advisory Services. Exasol is represented in it for the second year in a row.
"Right from the start, Exasol's data analysis platform showed superior performance: processes run 20 to 100 times faster and integration was very easy. With the introduction of Exasol 6.0 for the platform, I experienced the highest performance increase of a BI system in my 25-year career," says Dr. Ulrich Fricke, Head of Information Management and Technology, Eventim. Eventim, the market-leading online ticket seller, is using Exasol to further develop its data-driven services, such as a recommendation engine. "But it's not just the powerful technology, it's the people. Exasol has helped us generate more revenue, not just costs. This allows management to better recognize the value we are creating. In addition, Exasol has worked tirelessly from day one for the success of Eventim," Dr. Fricke further states.
Bill Hostman, Research Fellow at Dresner Advisory Services, said: "Our annual ADI market overview provides a detailed picture of BI and analytical use case priorities/intentions, perceptions and realities associated with the choices of ADI platforms on the market. It provides rankings of ADI providers based solely on customer feedback. This year's report shows that performance is the most important selection criterion for ADI users. Exasol proved to be best-in-class in terms of technology reliability, value for money, integrity and product performance and received a perfect recommendation score. We congratulate Exasol on this achievement in the current report.
